For security reasons, your temporary activation code will expire after 60 days if you do not create a personal Essentia MyHealth account. If you need a new access code, or if you've misplaced your first one, contact your physician's office to request another.
If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page and you can reset your password online. If you continue to have problems, call the tech support number above to request a new secure password.
